You should watch out when eating baby carrots. They contain chlorine to preserve the carrot after its been cut and shaped. If you notice, after leaving the bag of baby carrots in the refrigerator for a while, there will be a white film that will grow on the carrot.

^It's true, you can turn orange-ish. Not as orange as a carrot of course, but you can have an orange-ish tint.

i used to feel tired when iam busy..im a chef who involves in a restaurant throughout the day..but after taking this hobbies ifeel always fresh..ireckon.. everybody needs carrot if ur spend lots of energy

Yes you will get an orange-yellow-ish hue of the skin from eating TOO MANY carrots, but to get like that you would have to eat only carrots for breakfast, lunch and dinner for about a week or more...

I have been eating 3 raw carrots a day and my vision has stabilized, no more stigamatism and I am able to see better, also my skin looks great. Mother nature did not make baby carrots, the man did, so they are genetically modified.There is no such thing as eating too much carrots, your body will tell how much you need, you just have to listen to it.
